Digital Darjeeling Gift provides website setup, branding support, local growth support, direct-booking setup, and service coordination for hospitality businesses. Some services are fixed-plan offerings and others are custom or quote-based.

Event-based or vendor-coordinated add-ons, including influencer access, live singer bookings, DJ support, catering coordination, or other partner-led services, may be subject to separate timelines, vendor availability, and custom terms.

Submitting a free plan request or quote request does not create an obligation for us to accept or activate the service. Activation begins only after confirmation from our team and, where applicable, payment receipt.

Paid plans, setup services, and subscriptions may require business details, onboarding materials, domain preferences, or other inputs before work can begin.

Plan pricing shown on the website is subject to change, but any price accepted and paid by a customer before a public update will be honored for that specific purchase or billing cycle unless otherwise stated in writing.

Recurring services are billed according to the selected plan cycle. Add-ons, vendor-backed services, and custom operations work may be quoted separately.

You are responsible for providing accurate business, contact, and onboarding information. Delays caused by missing information, missing approvals, unavailable vendors, or domain verification steps may affect delivery timelines.

You remain responsible for the legality, accuracy, and rights associated with the business content, images, menus, property descriptions, and claims you ask us to publish or manage.

We do not guarantee search rankings, booking volume, grant approval, license approval, or government scheme eligibility unless explicitly confirmed in writing as part of a separate engagement.

We are not liable for interruptions, losses, or delivery issues caused by payment networks, domain registrars, social platforms, mapping platforms, third-party vendors, or force majeure events beyond our reasonable control.
