Free and Quote-Based Requests

Free plan requests, custom quote requests, and contact-only service requests do not involve payment at the time of submission, so there is no refund to process at that stage.

One-Time Setup Services

For one-time setup purchases such as Own Brand or Direct Booking setup, a refund may be considered before domain procurement, third-party purchasing, onboarding kickoff, or substantial work begins.

If domain purchase, third-party vendor costs, booking integration work, or substantial setup work has already started, those direct costs and completed work may be non-refundable.

Recurring Services

Monthly or recurring plans can be cancelled before the next billing cycle. Charges already processed for the active billing period are generally non-refundable once the cycle has started and work allocation has been committed.

Custom Operations and Event Add-ons

Custom operations work and event/vendor services, including influencer coordination, singer bookings, DJ support, and catering coordination, may involve third-party commitments. Refund treatment for such services will depend on the accepted quote, vendor lock-ins, and how much work or booking commitment has already been made.
